See the Eiffel Tower in a Ferrari: the Evasio route
The Eiffel Tower seen from the cockpit of a convertible Ferrari California T — that's the image most of our clients keep etched in their memory. At Evasio, passing by the Iron Lady is the highlight of every route. Here's a detailed look at how this legendary part of the experience unfolds.
The departure: the Champs-Élysées
It all starts at 101 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. After a 5-minute briefing with your professional co-pilot, you take the wheel of the Ferrari California T — a 560 hp V8 with a retractable hardtop. The first metres are driven on the most beautiful avenue in the world, with the Arc de Triomphe in your rearview mirror.
You drive down the Champs-Élysées towards the Place de la Concorde, with the Grand Palais on your right and the Tuileries gardens as a backdrop. The co-pilot manages the GPS and guides you at every intersection — all you need to do is enjoy the wheel and the sensations.
The approach via the Trocadéro
From the Place de la Concorde, the Evasio route takes you towards the Trocadéro, one of the most iconic viewpoints of the Eiffel Tower. Driving up avenue Kléber or through rue de Longchamp, you arrive at the Trocadéro esplanade, with the Eiffel Tower standing before you, on the other side of the Seine.
This is when your co-pilot takes out your phone for the first iconic photos: the Ferrari in the foreground, the Eiffel Tower in the background. If the roof is open, the shot is spectacular. Passers-by often stop to admire the car — a guaranteed star moment.
The Pont d'Iéna: the Eiffel Tower ahead
From the Trocadéro, you drive down towards the Pont d'Iéna, the bridge that links the Palais de Chaillot to the Champ de Mars, passing right beneath the Eiffel Tower. This is the most breathtaking moment of the route: you cross the bridge with the Eiffel Tower growing before you, metre by metre, until it fills your entire field of vision.
The sound of the Ferrari V8 echoes between the bridge's parapets. If you're in the convertible, you can look up and see the tower's 324 metres rising above you. Your co-pilot captures this moment on video — it's often the most shared clip on Instagram and TikTok.
The Champ de Mars and the gardens
After the bridge, you drive along the Champ de Mars, the vast park stretching from the foot of the Eiffel Tower to the École Militaire. The route follows the Quai Branly or the Avenue de Suffren, offering side views of the tower that change with every moment. The Champ de Mars gardens are particularly photogenic in spring and summer, when the trees are in bloom.
For the one-hour packages, the route may include an additional pass by Les Invalides and the Pont Alexandre III, before heading back towards the Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Élysées. Check out our full guide to the best supercar routes in Paris to discover all the variations.
The best time: sunset
If you can only choose one time slot for your experience, choose sunset. Between 7 PM and 9:30 PM (depending on the season), the golden light illuminates the Eiffel Tower and the Haussmann façades of Paris. The atmosphere in the convertible Ferrari becomes magical: the warmth of the setting sun, the warm breeze, the sound of the engine, and the city gradually lighting up.
In summer, the "golden hour" slots are the most requested. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure the ideal time. And if you book an evening slot (Evasio is open until 11 PM), you'll be able to see the Eiffel Tower lit up and sparkling — an even more breathtaking sight from a Ferrari.
Photo opportunities
Passing by the Eiffel Tower offers multiple photo angles that your co-pilot knows by heart:
- Trocadéro: classic frontal view, Ferrari + Eiffel Tower in the background
- Pont d'Iéna: low-angle view, the tower dominating the frame
- Quai Branly: close-up side view, with the Seine in the foreground
- Avenue de Suffren: the tower between the trees, cinematic atmosphere
- Pont Alexandre III: distant view with the bridge's gilding, Parisian elegance
All these photos and videos are taken with your own phone, at no extra cost. You leave with memories ready to share. Evasio has accumulated over 7 million views on social media thanks to client content.
What you see from the car
From the cockpit of the Ferrari California T, the perspective is unique. The low windshield, the long bonnet, and the dashboard lines create a natural framing that showcases the Eiffel Tower like no other view can. With the roof open, the Paris sky unfolds above you and the tower seems even more imposing.
If you prefer the Lamborghini Spyder, the experience is different but just as spectacular. The driving position is lower, more sporty, and the 610 hp V10 produces a sound that turns every head. To compare the two vehicles, read our article Lamborghini vs Ferrari: which one to choose?
